• Town of Elsmere's Second Mobile Blood Drive! (townofelsmere.com) — Elsmere residents are invited to donate blood at Town Hall’s parking lot on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The town’s second mobile blood drive with the Blood Bank of Delmarva asks donors to schedule appointments, bring photo ID, and arrive well-fed and hydrated. Eligible donors receive a limited-edition 302 T-shirt.
