• Delaware bans THC drinks at bars, limits cans to 10 mg and adds tax (delawareonline.com) — Greenville residents who enjoy THC drinks at BBC Tavern & Grill will soon see them disappear from bar menus as a new Delaware law bans on-premise THC drink sales and caps cans at 10 mg. Starting Oct. 21, only licensed package stores and dispensaries can sell these taxed beverages, changing how locals buy and consume them.
