Outside investigation clears Lewes deputy mayor of harassment allegations (delawarepublic.org) β Lewes residents are learning that Deputy Mayor Khalil Saliba has been cleared of harassment and intimidation allegations after an outside investigation found his conduct did not meet the legal threshold for harassment, though it may have violated anti-bullying rules. City leaders, including Saliba and top administrators, will now undergo management and leadership training to address workplace conflict and improve how staff and officials work together.
