• Milford 11's fight for integration changed Delaware history (coasttv.com) — Milford residents can look back on the courageous Milford 11, local Black students who tried to integrate Milford High School in 1954, sparking a major civil-rights battle in Delaware. Their attempt led to school closures, outside agitators, and eventual withdrawal for safety, but is now honored by a historical marker at the former high school site. 
• Milton man charged with drugs, stolen gun after Milford thefts (coasttv.com) — Milford police say two May 27 theft reports at a Shell station and nearby Dollar Tree led them to arrest a Milton man and seize drugs and a stolen handgun. Officers describe a masked suspect fleeing along South DuPont Boulevard before detectives tracked him to his home, where they report finding cocaine, heroin, and a firearm he is barred from possessing.
