• DSB Accepting Applications for State's First $10M Film Tax Credit Program (delaware.gov) — A new $10 million Delaware Entertainment and Production Tax Credit, co-sponsored by Pike Creek Valley's state representative Michael Smith, is now open for applications and retroactive to July 1, 2026. The program offers a 30% transferable tax credit to qualifying film, TV, esports, and video game productions spending at least $100,000 in Delaware, aiming to create local jobs and business opportunities statewide.
