Jessica Liu has been part of the Christina School District for 4 years and brings 9 years of teaching experience to her role. She places community and belonging at the center of her work, striving to unite students, families, and staff—whether through engaging classroom instruction or organizing impactful schoolwide events.

Jessica will now represent Christina School District in the statewide competition for Delaware’s Teacher of the Year, which will be announced by the Department of Education this fall.

Her dedication and passion have made a real difference in the lives of her students, and we’re so proud to have her representing us at the state level.
