β€’ Wilmington Gun Probe Leads to Arrest, Altered Firearm Seized (mychesco.com) β€” Wilmington police say an 18-year-old was arrested on North Tatnall Street after officers allegedly found a loaded handgun with an obliterated serial number. The suspect faces multiple firearm and resisting arrest charges and is being held at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution, highlighting ongoing local enforcement efforts around illegal guns in city neighborhoods.

β€’ Wilmington records sixth shooting victim since Sunday (6abc.com) β€” Wilmington has seen six people wounded in shootings since Sunday, including a 47-year-old man injured Thursday afternoon on West Third Street and now in stable condition. Funds raised will support research and local care and support services for the more than 22,000 Delawareans living with Alzheimer's and their caregivers, with easy online registration for individuals and teams.
