Christina Polar Bears Raise $9,320 for Polar Plunge!

In a remarkable display of support, over 4,300 polar bears united in this year's Polar Plunge in Lewes, raising an astounding $1.5 million for the Special Olympics of Delaware.

Christina School District families, staff, and administrators LEVELED UP with 51 team members participating in person, virtually, or through donations. The team's efforts resulted in a remarkable fundraising total of $9,320, surpassing their initial goal of $5,000.

Congrats to all the Christina Polar Bears! Despite the chilly air and water temperature of 41 degrees, you took the plunge! We are proud of you for Freezin’ for a Reason!
