Delaware Technical Community College: Hometown Heroes Virtual 5k Raises Funds For Students

Delaware Tech’s Stanton and Wilmington campuses recently hosted a Hometown Heroes Virtual 5k Run/Walk September 16-30, 2021. There were 84 overall participants, including 28 spirit runners. A variety of community sponsorships also contributed. In total, the fundraising event brought in more than $10,000 which will benefit student scholarships.
