FBI, Army CID Investigate Delaware Reservist Accused of Soliciting Minors (firststateupdate.com) — A Wilmington man serving as a Delaware Army Reservist has been charged in federal court with multiple child-exploitation offenses after investigators say he solicited explicit images from minors online and traveled to Maryland seeking contact with a 9-year-old girl. Authorities stress that the charges are allegations and any prison sentence would be set by a judge if he's convicted.
