What started out as a dream-decorating project quickly took a back seat for four months as everyone quickly realized major construction was required. Our client’s Reston townhome had experienced significant water damage from a leaking rooftop deck and knew that they wanted to repair those issues as well as redesign three of their bathrooms. The damage was extensive, and weeks were spent acquiring competitive bids from contractors – two of which weren’t interested in tackling the potential plumbing issues. Once we found the right contractor, we were able to move forward with the repairs and the bathroom redesigns. The clients were so delighted with how the plans were moving along that they asked us to extend our decorating services to the rest of the home!
