Why do investments matter? Network enchantments allow residents and businesses to receive faster and improved service by alleviating congestion at surrounding cell sites to create a more robust network. The expanded network capacity helps support growth in population, new businesses, and high-traffic locations such as malls and other large venues. Investments are important because they show that AT&T monitors usage quality and understands when added capacity is needed to allow customers the fastest coverage speeds when using their wireless devices.
