Prerequisite: Art Journey classes with Sarah Barzmehri

This class is to train your eye by exploring the relationship between two-dimensional and three-dimensional design. Participants will begin with collage, focusing on composition, color, balance, and visual rhythm, then gradually transform their ideas into three-dimensional assemblages that emphasize layering, depth, texture, and volume.

Through a process of experimentation and creative problem-solving, students will develop a stronger understanding of design principles while working with a variety of materials. The workshop culminates in the creation of wearable art, as participants translate their designs into unique earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
