Clear the Shelters: Pet Adoption Fees Waived Saturday
The Washington Humane Society and several other shelters in the region are taking part in NBC's nationwide push to find homes for pets.
On Saturday, August 15, The Washington Humane Society, along with the several other shelters in the region, is taking part in NBC’s nationwide push to find homes for pets in need.
Made possible by the ASPCA, pet adoption centers across the country – and Washington, DC, are waiving adoption fees for one day to encourage potential pet owners to help #ClearTheShelters.
The Washington Humane Society is excited to be leading the charge for DC-are shelters. Don’t miss them on NBC4 this weekend, where Clear the Shelters will be broadcasting.
