Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Licensing Classes - Georgetown

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage School of Real Estate prepares each student not only to pass the real estate salesperson examination but also start a successful career in real estate. This course has been approved to meet the 60 hour minimum requirements of the DC Real Estate Commission. The course materials include: Modern Real Estate Practice textbook with a DC Law Review guide, mid-term exam, final exam, flash cards, and many handouts which have been designed to prepare you for the state examination.
