Police say he attacked a pizza delivery driver over a parking spot in February 2015.

Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson has been found guilty of simple assault after attacking a pizza delivery driver during an argument over a parking spot in Washington, D.C.

Jackson, 32, was arrested in February 2015 on a simple assault charge, and he has since been found guilty in a non-jury trial, according to an Indianapolis Star report.

He will be sentenced on April 6. The punishment for simple assault is up to 180 days in jail, although Jackson does not have a criminal history and is more likely to face a fine without jail time, according to the report.
