DC Among Top Cities to Be 'Rich and Single,' Survey Says
National survey out today says the nation's capital is the place to be for those who are footloose and fancy free.
The DC area is a magnet for singles with its high-paying salaries, according to a new survey out today by MONEY magazine.
The area ranks #2 in the nation for “Best Cities to Be Rich and Single,” according to the magazine’s survey.
The survey notes that median salaries for singles are nearly $70,000 in the nation’s capital and that the city actually ranks #1 (57.1 percent) when it comes to the number of singles living here.
