DC Police say that shot and killed an alleged burglar Monday morning at a liquor store Maryland after he shot at police, according to a report by WUSA-9.
The shooting took place at Morris Miller Wines and Liquor, located in the 7800 block of Georgia Ave. NW.
There was an exchange of gunfire when police arrived to investigate the alleged burglary, the TV station reported. One suspect was killed after police returned gunfire; another suspect was taken into custody.
