Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. ARTS IN FOGGY BOTTOM ANNOUNCES FOON SHAM TO LEAD OUTDOOR SCULPTURE TOUR IN JUNE  Foon Sham, creator of Curve, the sculpture at the River Inn will lead the tour on June 16.  The artist will comment on his individual work as well as give insight to the other sculptures in the exhibit. Sculpting Outside the Lines, showcases 13 sculptures by 15 artists, most of whom are nationally recognized.
