Councilmember Bowser is organizing an oversight hearing to review the reliability of PEPCO's infrastructure and the agency's response during recent power outages. The public is encouraged to attend and testify at the meeting, to be held in Room 412.
Testimony is limited to three minutes for individuals or five for oraganizations. To testify, contact Davida Crockett via email at dcrockett@dccouncil.us or 202-741-0898, by September 28, 2010. Bring 15 copies of their written testimony to the hearing.
