Yanick Rice Lamb is the Associate Publisher and Editorial Director for Heart and Soul Magazine, the nation's premiere magazine for African-American women's health and wellness issues. An editorial veteran, Yanick's editorial positions have included Editor-At-Large for Essence Magazine, Editor-in-Chief for BET Weekend and Assistant Style Editor for the New York Times. @yrlamb

Holly E. Thomas is a feature writer for the Washington Post Magazine, where she covers the local creative scene, interior design and DC's fascinating cultural underbelly.
