Farmers Fishers Bakers Opens Nov. 7

The new Georgetown waterfront restaurant will be located at 3000 K St. NW.

Farmers Fishers Bakers has set an opening date, Nov. 7, and will begin accepting reservations this morning. The new restaurant takes over a completely renovated space that was once home to Farmers and Fishers prior to the April 2011 flood.

The restaurant, owned by the team behind Founding Farmers, will feature a range of offerings from sushi to charcuterie to pizza to sandwiches.

The 9,500 square-foot waterfront restaurant will offer seating for almost 290 people. The space is divided between the main dining room (150), bar area (25), sushi bar (8), patio (70), and larder/pantry area (36), according to a press release.
