Foo Fighters to Perform Saturday at RFK
Performance by band will be first since Dave Grohl broke his leg at a concert in Sweden; pop up shop opened today at Union Station.
The Foo Fighters will take the stage at RFK Saturday night, for the first time since frontman Dave Grohl took a long step off a short stage at a concert in Sweden and broke his leg.
Is it 100 percent certain that Grohl, a Northern Virginia native, will be playing with the band on that broken leg? It hasn’t been spelled out but the band did say on social media they plan to perform at the concert, taking the stage at 9:05 p.m.
The all-day concert features a stellar lineup: Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Buddy Guy, Heart, Gary Clarke Jr. and LL Kool J.
