Georgetown 7-Eleven Buildings Sell for $3.5 Million: Report
Buildings were owned by family since 1928.

A set of historic Georgetown buildings, in family hands since 1928, has sold to a ”privately held investment manager,” according to a report today by Washington Business Journal.
The buildings, at 1340 and 1344 Wisconsin Ave. NW, in Washington, D.C. are currently leased to 7-Eleven, the Journal reported.
Marcus & Millichap represented both the buy and seller in the deal, the newspaper reported.
