Georgetown Announces Holiday Programming

GLOW may not be happening until the Spring, but we’re still bringing plenty of cheer to Georgetown this holiday season. Our festivities kick-off with an extended Small Business Saturday promotion from November 28 – December 12, when many of our small businesses will be offering special promotions, gifts with purchase, raffles, private shopping-by-appointment, and more.

Later this month, we’ll also release our 2020 gift guides, highlighting curated items and experiences from Georgetown’s shops, services and food retailers for all your holiday shopping needs.

While you’re shopping and enjoying the holiday wreaths and roof lights throughout Georgetown, you can also cast your vote for the Georgetown Holiday Window & Streatery Competition, running the entire month of December. This year’s theme is Silver Linings, as businesses find festive, playful and creative ways to express the hope and positivity they’ve found in the midst of a challenging year.
