Georgetown-Rosslyn Gondola Project to Have Major Meeting in Rosslyn

Officials will be looking to hear feedback from the public as the project continues to move forward.

The Georgetown-Rosslyn Gondola project is moving right along, and now a public information meeting has been scheduled for next week at the Rosslyn Spectrum Theatre.

"Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about the feasibility study for a gondola connecting Rosslyn and Georgetown," a statement reads. "A highlight of the evening will be a presentation by ZGF Architects, the firm hired to conduct the study."

The gondola would connect Georgetown and Rosslyn over the Potomac River along the Francis Scott Key Bridge. It would provide Georgetown residents with access to the Metro system, and a convenient way for Arlington residents to get to shopping on M Street in downtown Georgetown.
