The District of Columbia is under a Coast Flood Advisory until Thursday at 1 a.m., with rain expected off and on throughout the day, including the possibility of thunderstorms and gusty winds. High tide for the Washington Channel is just after 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Here’s a look at the rest of the week including the Halloween forecast for ghosts and goblins in Georgetown:

• Wednesday: Showers. High near 69. Southeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
• Wednesday Night: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 2am, then a chance of showers. Low around 61. South wind 8 to 10 mph becoming southwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
• Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 73. West wind 6 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
• Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 46. West wind 7 to 10 mph.
• Friday: Sunny, with a high near 62. Northwest wind 8 to 11 mph.
• Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 39.
• Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 63.
• Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 50.
