Georgetown's Johnny Rockets Space Is Available For Lease

GEORGETOWN, DC — The space currently occupied by Johnny Rockets in Georgetown is available for lease, according to a commercial real estate and investment firm.

The popular burger joint is located at 3131 M St. NW. According to a flyer posted online by CBRE, the 3,450-square-foot space is available immediately.

Though the property is already being marketed for lease, the Washington Business Journal reports that the all-American burger chain is not likely to close until late 2020.

This would be the second national restaurant chain to shutter its doors on that block, says WBJ. In July, Ben & Jerry's said it would close up shop and focus on its newer location at The Wharf.
