Georgetown University students, faculty and staff are eligible to attend the ceremony and can line up for tickets on Friday morning.
Clinton has spent most of her post-election time in her hometown of Chappaque, New York, but it appears that she's ready to gradually return to the spotlight.
On Saint Patrick's Day she addressed a crowd in Scranton, Pennsylvania and said she's "ready to come out of the woods," according to USA Today.
“I am ready to come out of the woods and to help shine a light on what is already happening around kitchen tables, at dinners like this, to help draw strength that will enable everybody to keep going,” said Clinton.
