H+M Balmain Fashionista Fans Camping in Line at DC Store Ahead of Thursday Debut of Collection

Luxury Paris fashion house Balmain is teaming up with discount retailer H&M to deliver a line of clothing for men and women debuting Thursday.

The move is similar to Lily Pulitzer’s collaboration with Target that quickly sold out across the country.

Fashionista fans are already camping out in line at the Washington, DC H&M store, located at 1025 F St. NW, in order to get a crack at the new line. (First chicken and now fashion?) Photos posted on social media show people lined up outside the store.

The Balmain x H&M collection features garments and accessories for both men and women, each with Balmain signature craftsmanship, strong silhouettes and covetable fabrics, according to Balmain. It will be available online and in 260 H&M stores worldwide starting Thursday.

Fashion bloggers’ tip? They say the line runs small so buy the next larger size.
