Why do we make you apply?

We want to make sure your great, local content isn't overwhelmed by non-local content — or worse, spam. So, we ask our users to verify that they're the real deal (and they're real local). After you apply, you'll receive an email confirming your account.

Now that you're logged in, here's how you post events:

Choose 'article' or 'event':

Choose your Patch. Share local news, announcements, opinions, lost pet notices, etc. on the bulletin board. Selling locally? Post those items in deals & classifieds. This example shows our Milford, CT Patch, but just start typing in your Patch name until you see it in the autofill:
