Join The Metropolitan Police's Spring Community Engagement Academy
Want to get an inside look at the life of a DC police officer?

GEORGETOWN, DC — Are you interested in the Metropolitan Police Department's daily operations? If so, MPD is currently preparing for the Spring 2017 Cohort of the Community Engagement Academy.
The Academy began in the summer of 2015 when MPD noticed how many community members were interested in police matters. This six week, 28 hour training program allows interested community members the ability to learn firsthand about the positive aspects and the challenges police encounter.
