CQ Now reports man, 25, tried to bring unloaded gun into Longworth House Office Building.

A man was arrested Monday morning by Capitol Police for trying to bring an unloaded 9mm gun into the Longworth House Office Building, according to a report by CQ Now.
Police arrested Joshua Wheeler, 25, of Atchison, Kansas, Roll Call reports. Wheeler was charged with carrying a pistol without license and unregistered firearm, violations of D.C. law. Read the entire story here.
Wheeler was an intern with Republican Rep. Lynn Jenkins, a spokesman confirmed to WTOP. Wheeler has been placed on temporary leave, the spokesman said.
