Managing Your Mind - A Workshop on Well-being Coming Soon to Georgetown

Managing Your Mind: A Workshop on Well-being coming to the Georgetown Neighborhood Library

Madelaine Weiss, LICSW, MBA, is coming to the Georgetown Neighborhood Library to present this workshop on wellbeing.

According to Madelaine - Myth #1 is that the only way to reduce stress is to do less. Not so, suggests the latest research on mindfulness and meditation.

Through this quick-start, compact training, you will learn a new mindset and gain a toolkit of surprisingly simple strategies— to help you stay or become as productive as you ever want or need to be, in a happier, healthier way.
