We find ourselves encountering many trying and stressful encounters throughout our everyday life. During these situations, our thoughts, feelings, and actions often become negative. However, if we apply Buddhist teachings, we can find ourselves calm and level-headed during these trying times, with a happy and spacious mind that is beneficial for others and our self. In this series, we will examine methods to cultivate a peaceful mind so that we may endure and triumph, regardless of the situation.
