Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District announce an arrest has been made and additional suspects are sought in reference to a Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, in the 300 block of M Street, Southwest.

At approximately 4:01 pm, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property. The suspects fled the scene.

On Thursday, February 3, 2022, 21 year-old Marcus Brockington, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Robbery (Force and Violence).
