's commode is in the running for the title of America’s Best Restroom in a contest organized by Cintas.
Cintas is an Ohio-based company that offers, among other things, business to business services like restroom cleaning and supplies.
The annual restroom contest is in its 11th year; any restroom in the United States that is open to the public is eligible.

Mie N Yu Made it to the top 10 recently and has until Oct. 26 to get enough votes to win the ultimate title.

The Old World Style Craftsmanship is carved straight into the rich dark wood that accents the face of each floor-to-ceiling stall door. The artistry continues at the communal hand washing station where four oversized wood barrel sinks face each other, positioned in such a way that invites bathroom banter. A rock lined copper basin complete with a rustic faucet sits atop each drum and completes this loo’s traditional look.
The Georgetown restaurant is the only in the D.C. region in the top 10. For their part, Mie N Yu is embracing the notoriety and is happy to boast its unique design.
"The theme of our restaurant is Marco Polo's travels on the Silk Road, so each room is a different country of Marco Polo's travels," Mike Cherner, general manager, told WTOP in an interview.
