Next on C-SPAN: 'Oh God, It's Mom'

Worried that talking politics at the dinner table might lead to a food fight over the holidays?

That’s just what happened on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” as host Steve Scully led a discussion between the brothers, Brad Woodhouse, president of progressive Americans United for Change and Dallas Woodhouse, president and founder of conservative Carolina Rising.

The two are in the documentary “Woodhouse Divided: Is Bipartisanship Good for Governing?” (It’s free and available online by clicking on the link.)

The two spent time on the air Tuesday squabbling over everything from the tea party to the Affordable Care Act.

“My mom is not a big fan of arguments,” said Brad. A few minutes later “Joy from Raleigh” was on the line.

“Oh God, it’s Mom,” said Dallas.

“I’m hoping you’ll have some of this out of your system when you come here for Christmas,” said Joy Woodhouse. “I would really like a peaceful Christmas.”
