Ever since it came out last week, everyone has been talking about Pokemon Go, and Georgetown is not immune to the craze.

All over social media, there have been reports of users wandering around aimlessly throughout Georgetown.

If Twitter is to be believed, it appears the Georgetown Waterfront may be the favorite place to catch 'em all.

Rumor has it there have been lots of Pokemon sightings at the Georgetown Waterfront!

But the Georgetown University campus is also a good place to go, apparently.

And as you can see from the picture at the top, Pokemon Go has been a great way to meet new friends -- although it's also led to a few awkward encounters.

It appears the whole Pokemon Go obsession may have also reawakened a lot of nostalgia in Georgetown for the old games.
