Body Found Floating in Water in Georgetown
Police are investigating the death of Ronald Arthur Windsor of North Carolina. His body was found late Monday afternoon.

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating the death of a man found dead, floating in the water Monday at approximately 5:21 pm.
Officers responded to a call about the body in the water in the 2900 block of K Street, NW; from the address given by police, the nearest body of water is Rock Creek.
When police got there, they located the man, who was unconscious and unresponsive, according to police. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel determined that he was not alive.

The man was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiners’ facility, pending an autopsy, to determine the cause and manner of death. Investigation is continuing.
The decedent has been identified as Ronald Arthur Windsor, 47, of Vale, N.C.
