“Let people know to be on the lookout for a car with Virginia vanity plates AMV IV in orange background. It’s a dark matte gray Camaro type car with tinted windows. I have seen it idling on the 2700 block of N street and also across from Rose Park. He appears to have women in the car and is having sexual relations with them while idling. I see his car a lot!!!”
Patch reached out to police about these reports. A spokesperson told Patch:
"Officers stopped the man and woman that were in the car last week. They were fully clothed and not in violation of any municipal regulation or criminal code. The woman was observed wearing a nude-colored blouse. We will continue to monitor the area."
