Celebrating women's voices!

Presented by Classical Movements, Inc., the highly anticipated Serenade! Washington, D.C. Choral Festival returns June 23 -27, 2016. The only summer festival of its kind featuring professional and community choirs, the 2016 festival will showcase performances by featured ensembles from the Netherlands, Latvia, the United States of America, Japan, and Italy. This highly anticipated festival is a can’t-miss event for anyone who loves the sweet harmonic sounds of the world’s exciting range of choral ensembles.

Tucson Girls Chorus (USA)
Kobra Ensemble (Netherlands)

Three female ensembles will present a concert titled Celebrating Women’s Voices, featuring Ensemble Planeta (Japan), Tucson Girls Chorus (USA), and Kobra Ensemble (Netherlands). Afterwards, audience goers are encouraged to grab a special discounted “Serenade cocktail” in a nearby restaurant, and then return to the Church of the Epiphany for a brand new festival experience – Midnight Serenade!
