Yes, we are planning to offer five holiday flavors, so it would be a lot of prep. We will have white chocolate peppermint, chocolate yuzu, apricot, snowflake coconut, and spiced rum gingerbread.

Find out what's happening in Georgetownfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
Since this is our first holiday, this remains a mystery. But we think people will especially love the new look of coconut, which we call "snowflake coconut."
What item do you recommend? What is the most overlooked flavor?
I think the most crowd-pleasing is the fleur de sel caramel along with pistachio. The other flavors are more personal to an individual's taste.
What are your holiday hours?
We will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Where are you going to holiday shop/dine locally?
We love going around Georgetown, especially in the holiday time. So whenever we got a chance we will go around, and we are excited to check out the new ice skating rink too.
Are you optimistic or pessimistic about sales?
I think the holiday will definitely help sales, especially since it's a perfect gift for everyone
What's your favorite part of the holiday season?
Being with family is the most important part.
