Silent Disco Sunsets Coming to Dupont Circle for Monthlong Run

Summer music and dance experience will take place at the Rooftop of the Embassy Row Hotel.

Silent Dance Society (SDS) – a brainchild of the local art organization Art Soiree, is excited to announce new addition to its summer music and dance experience – Silent Disco Sunsets at the Rooftop of the Embassy Row Hotel, 2015 Massachusetts Ave. NW Washington, DC.

Running every Saturday from May 30 through June 27 from 7 to 10 pm the new series is all about enjoying summer sunsets with a backdrop of spectacular city views and a 3-DJ playlist.

This will be the second neighborhood takeover for the recently launched SDS. Since the unveiling of its first series of events in early May at the rooftop of the Graham Hotel in Georgetown, the unique music and dance experience powered by the wireless headphone technology has turned into a sold-out affair with hundreds of locals and guests of town taking in the music and dancing late into the night.

The wireless headset technology lets attendees completely submerge into the music as they switch between three different live streaming DJ channels. The music is transmitted directly to each headset so that one can adjust the volume to their liking or step away from the dance floor without losing the beat.
