The group is internationally recognized for their outstanding performances of traditional and modern Cuban works, early Latin American music and spirituals, as well as music by Astor Piazzola and Tom Jobim.
Unique to this ensemble is the use of male voices for the soprano, alto, and countertenor parts as well as the standard tenor and bass lines.
