Snow for Your Super Bowl Party? Let's Go to the Tape

There’s no worries of snow on the field Sunday, but some folks in our area might need to factor some white weather in their Super Bowl party plans.

The National Weather Service forecast for the region notes snow is likely for most of the area before 8 p.m., then turning to mostly rain. It’s a rain and snow mix for Prince William County area on Sunday and all rain in Fredericksburg.

Come Monday, Prince William and Fredericksburg will keep the rain, but parts north of those areas could see a mix of rain and snow early Monday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
