GEORGETOWN, D.C. — The highly anticipated Taste of Georgetown, a three-week-long event full of fall shopping and locally prepared food, will be held this year. The event will tentatively run from Sept. 28 to Oct. 18 and features take-out, delivery and outdoor dining specials at Georgetown restaurants and streateries.

A list of participating businesses and their promotions will be shared by the Georgetown Improvement Business District when compiled. Last year's free event featured an array of food, a beer garden, live music from local talent, and a kids’ corner with activities. Local retailers also were in attendance at the event.
