WASHINGTON, DC — There are plenty of things to do and see in the D.C. area this weekend — including Petalpalooza at The Wharf, the 5th Annual Northern Virginia International Film & Music Festival, ChefsFeed Indie Week, and the Annandale Carnival.

If you're thinking of taking the Metro on Saturday, April 6 or Sunday, April 7, you should plan accordingly. Certain lines will be single-tracking. Here's everything you need to know before heading out for the weekend:

From 10 p.m. to close, Red Line trains will operate every 16 minutes between Shady Grove and Glenmont. At the same time, trains will single-track between Dupont Circle and Van Ness-UDC.

As for the Yellow Line, trains will single-track between L'Enfant Plaza and Pentagon City on Sunday from 10 p.m. to close.

From 10 p.m. to close on Sunday, Green Line trains will single-track between L'Enfant Plaza and Navy Yard-Ballpark.
