Tonight: C-SPAN to Air 2016 GOP Presidential Candidates Forum
Fourteen of 17 candidates to take part in televised forum set to air at 6:30 p.m. ET.

C-SPAN will air the Voters First Presidential Forum beginning at 6:30 p.m. Monday live from St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H. C-SPAN is headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Frontrunner Donald Trump said he would not be participating, telling the New Hampshire Union Leader he thought it was “unlikely” he would be getting its endorsement, saying: “I have made a great fortune based on instinct and that, unfortunately, is my view.”
“Therefore, and for other reasons including the fact that I feel there are too many people onstage to have a proper forum, I will not be attending,” Trump wrote to publisher Joseph McQuaid, according to the newspaper.

In addition to Trump, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore won’t be participating, the Union Leader reports.
Sponsored by the Union Leader newspaper, The Charleston Post and Courier, and The Cedar Rapids Gazette, the forum will include 14 of the 17 Republicans running for president.
The forum will be moderated by Jack Heath of WGIR-AM Radio. Ahead of the event, you can also watch a live stream of the venue being prepared.
