GEORGETOWN, DC — The Under Armour CEO will take over the old Lacoste Store at 3146 M St NW., The Georgetown Metropolitan reports. This is right next to his project at the building that formally housed Nathan’s and Serendipity 3, where renovation has been occurring for more than two years.

The former Lacoste store, adjacent to the project, closed in early January this year. It was on M St. east of Wisconsin for over 12 years.

Under Armour CEO and founder Kevin Plank purchased the former Nathan’s building for $12.25 million in 2014, according to The Georgetowner.
